How quickly can you turn a packaging job around?

Most folding-carton and corrugated runs take 5–12 working days depending on quantity, board, finish and gluing. Labels and commercial print are usually 3–8 working days. Once we have approved artwork and a dieline, we confirm a firm date — and if a launch is tight, we tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Do I need a dieline, or can you create one?

Either works. Send your dieline as vector (AI, EPS, PDF) with artwork on a separate layer, or just give us the product dimensions and we'll engineer the structure for you and provide a sample before the run.

Can I get a physical sample before committing to a full run?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For packaging we produce a structural sample — a real, foldable carton or box — plus an approved colour proof, so you can check fit, strength and print before we commit the run.

What board and materials do you print on?

Accepted Answer

Folding cartons run on board from roughly 250 to 400gsm, including food-safe stocks; corrugated is available in single, double and heavy-duty wall. Tell us the product weight and dimensions and we'll recommend the right grade and flute.

Question 5

What finishes can you apply?

Matte and gloss lamination, spot UV, foil stamping, embossing and window patching. These are all done in-house alongside die-cutting and gluing, so the whole box is finished under one roof.

Is there a minimum order?

Offset packaging becomes economical from a few hundred units upward, since make-ready and dies are set once and amortised across the run. Tell us your quantity and we'll advise the most economical way to produce it.

Question 7

Can I pick up my order, or do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Both. You can collect at the office or the production plant, and we deliver within Addis Ababa and can arrange transport of larger runs to other regions.

Question 8

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

We accept cash, bank transfer and Telebirr. For corporate accounts we can issue proforma invoices and set up billing terms.

Question 9

Do you print in Amharic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We routinely print packaging and labels in Amharic, English, Afaan Oromoo and Tigrinya. Please send fonts with your artwork, or let us know and we'll suggest suitable typefaces.
